28-Day Warranty – Consoles & Controllers

All consoles and controllers are covered by a 28-day warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers faults or defects that develop during normal use within the 28-day warranty period.

If your console or controller develops a fault during this period, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

Returning an Item Under Warranty

If an item needs to be returned for inspection or repair, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return the item to us.

The item must be packaged securely and safely to prevent damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging or damage that occurs during return postage.

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and tested to determine whether the reported fault is covered under the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or physical damage.

• Liquid or water damage.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use.

• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by incorrect accessories, cables, power supplies, or other equipment.

• Faults caused by software, user accounts, or third-party services.

Warranty Resolution

If the fault is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we may, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the item with a suitable alternative, or offer another appropriate resolution.

If the item is found to be working correctly or the fault is determined to be outside the terms of this warranty, the item may be returned to the customer and any return postage costs may be payable by the customer.

Important

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed otherwise.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and does not restart following a repair or replacement.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty Period: 28 Days from Date of Purchase

All items purchased will be shipped with Royal Mail 48hr delivery. This will be done as soon as possible and you will received a notification on when its been handed to them.

Any damages to products in shipping will not be the liability of the sender. Any issues with delivery will need to be directed to Royal Mail.
